Our workshop is located in Chania, Crete, where we manufacture all the jewelry for you with love and passion. Since 2015 we have received over 1700 unique reviews. Jewelry can be:

Immediately available. 1 Business Day Shipping: Jewelry is ready to ship and ships with ACS the next business day.

Available upon order. Shipping in 1 to 3 business days: The jewelry will be made exclusively for you within 3 days.

For GREECE :

● Free shipping for purchases over €100.00

● €2.90 shipping costs (payment by card, paypal or deposit)

● €4.90 shipping costs with cash on delivery

For Cyprus :

● Free shipping for purchases over €120.00

● €8.00 shipping costs (payment by card, paypal or deposit)

● €11.00 shipping costs with cash on delivery

For Greece and Cyprus :

Shipping is by ACS Courier.

You can pick up your order at the address that serves you (courier delivery) or from your local ACS store.

For Outside :

Shipping is done by FEDEX Courier.

For countries outside of Greece and Cyprus, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country.

Transactions are carried out in the following ways:

Credit, Debit or Prepaid cards (MasterCard, Visa), Paypal, Cash on Delivery (+2 euros) and Bank Transfer or E-Banking.

Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase as well as the order code.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, you probably:

• you have not completed your order

• you have entered the wrong email

• moved to spam

When sending your order, you will receive by email the Shipping Code as well as the link to track the shipment.

Alternatively, ask us about the progress of your order by phone.

You have the right to return the whole order or part of it within 14 working days from the date you received it.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them together with the proof of purchase or the invoice. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of the transport costs for the return of the products.

In the event that the item you received is damaged or defective for any reason, you are not required to pay the return costs. These burden us.

In case of returning the items, your refund will be completed within 5 days from the date we receive them. The exact time frame of your refund depends on the method you chose to pay for your order.

To find your number yourself, you can follow the steps below:

1) Cut a piece of paper or thread. It is good that it has a width of no more than 10 cm and a length of at least 2 cm.

2) Wrap the paper or thread around the finger you want to measure. Make sure it's not tight, not too snug and consider the toe knot.

3)Mark with a pen the point where you complete the rotation around the finger you are measuring.

4) Measure the paper or thread with a ruler from the beginning to the point you marked. This number, in millimeters, corresponds to the inner circumference of your ring and you need to select it in the corresponding menu on our site to order the ring that suits you.
